Responsibilities of Head Masters/Senior Head Masters

  1. Ensure the availability of APAAR IDs (Agreement Forms) equivalent to the number of students.
  2. Distribute APAAR ID agreement forms to class teachers.
  3. Collect the completed forms from class teachers, ensuring they are filled and signed.
  4. Verify the data in the forms against the school enrollment register to ensure accuracy.
  5. Address and correct any errors in student data with the student’s assistance.
  6. Organize parent meetings to explain the APAAR ID agreement forms and assist them in filling them out.
  7. Provide necessary facilities for staff involved in APAAR ID tasks, such as seating, electricity, computers, and internet access.
  8. Coordinate among staff to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Facilitate the uploading of completed APAAR ID forms to the UDISE portal by designated personnel.
  10. Regularly update the status of APAAR ID work.
  11. Resolve any issues arising during the process by coordinating with concerned authorities.

Responsibilities of Class Teachers

  1. Collect APAAR ID agreement forms from the Head Master.
  2. Distribute the forms to students in their respective classes, maintaining a record of distributed forms.
  3. Assist students in filling out the forms.
  4. Cross-check the data in the forms with the enrollment register.
  5. Submit completed forms to the Head Master.
  6. Update the class data on the UDISE portal with assistance from the computer teacher/ICT instructor.
  7. Keep the Head Master informed about the daily status of APAAR ID work.

Responsibilities of Computer Teachers/ICT Instructors

  1. Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and internet facilities in the school.
  2. Report unresolved technical issues to the Head Master or district office.
  3. Assist in completing UDISE tasks in coordination with the Head Master.
  4. Support class teachers in uploading online data to the UDISE portal.
  5. Ensure no errors occur while updating data on the portal.

For Schools without Computer Teachers

  1. The Head Master should arrange computer/internet facilities or use facilities available at the CRC/BRC level to complete UDISE tasks.

Responsibilities of CRC/BRC

  1. Provide training and technical support for UDISE tasks to school teachers.
  2. Coordinate with schools to ensure timely and accurate completion of UDISE tasks.
  3. Prepare and submit consolidated reports to higher authorities.
